Who Should Attend?

This symposium will have a wide appeal and we expect a multidisciplinary audience, including team physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, primary care specialists, athletic trainers, physical therapists, injury epidemiologists, medical students, allied health professionals, administrators and coaches. It is the goal of US Lacrosse to provide a comprehensive, national level event on men’s and women’s lacrosse-specific sports medicine for the medical and lacrosse communities.

Format
The event will be divided into four primary sections, and will be further divided into sub-topics featuring multiple presenters affiliated with each section. Each presentation will also include ample discussion and Q-and-A opportunities. The four primary section topics are:

♦  What's on the Cutting Edge of the Sport.
♦  The Latest Research Updates on Head & Neck Injuries
♦  A Review of Cardiac and Nutritional Issues
♦  Musculoskeletal Issues Including Lower Extremity and Upper Extremity Injuries
