BALTIMORE, June 20, 2012 – US Lacrosse today honored nearly 2,500 high school girls’ lacrosse players as US Lacrosse High School All-Academic Group 2 & 3 team members. Fifty-six of US Lacrosse's 64 chapter are represented on the newest list.
A US Lacrosse All-Academic team member is a player who exhibits exemplary lacrosse skills, good sportsmanship on the field, and represents high standards of academic achievement in the classroom. This player should also have left her mark beyond the lacrosse field and the classroom by making significant contributions of service to the school and/or community.
