Details about becoming an official exhibitor at the 2013 US Lacrosse National Convention are included in this information packet. It is important to read the packet and the info below before registering.
Online Registration for Exhibitors is Closed - Email for Info
Online registration for exhibitors has closed, but if you are interested in purchasing a booth, email sminter@uslacrosse.org to request info. Nearly all of the 150 available booth spaces have been sold! Prices range from $1,050 to $3,950 depending on size and location.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
There will be no refunds or credits issued should an exhibitor register and then cancel. Please direct any questions about booth reservations to Shannon Minter.
Expo Hall Layout PDF
Check out the floor plan of the exposition hall at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, which will provide great visibility for exhibitors and smooth traffic flow for attendees. Note: floor plan as of Dec. 10 and is subject to modifications.

On-Site Check-In
Thursday, January 10, 2013: 5 p.m. — 9 p.m.
Friday, January 11, 2013: 8 a.m. — Noon
Installation in Expo Hall
Thursday, January 10, 2013: Noon — 5 p.m.
Friday, January 11, 2013: 8 a.m. — Noon*
*All booths must be set by noon to allow cleaning time, removal of crates and a show management walk-through.
Expo Hall Hours for Attendees
Friday, January 11, 2013: 1 p.m. — 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, January 12, 2013: 10 a.m. — 5 p.m.*
*All booths must remain open until the expo hall officially closes to the public at 5 p.m.
Dismantle Booths
Saturday, January 12, 2013: 5 p.m. — 9 p.m.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Take the next step by becoming a sponsor of one or more activities related to the convention. All convention sponsors, with the exception of bag stuffers, receive certain benefits that include:
• Preferred booth placement in the expo hall.
• Listing in the convention program.
