US Lacrosse Convention Add-on
Symposium attendees who also register online for the 2013 US Lacrosse National Convention, being held concurrently with the Sports Medicine Symposium, will have the opportunity to add the symposium registration to their convention registration for the discounted fee of $35.

US Lacrosse National Convention registration is NOT required to attend the 2013 Sports Medicine Symposium.

All registrations include a flash drive containing course materials, a box lunch, and light refreshments throughout the morning.
 

Accreditation Statement for CME: Union Memorial Hospital is accredited by MedChi, the Maryland State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credits for Athletic Trainers: US Lacrosse is recognized by the Board of Certification, Inc. to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers.
