If you played lacrosse, when and how were you first introduced to the game?
I began playing in the fourth grade, my sister and I started playing around the same time that my dad got into coaching. It was a natural fit and I didn’t put my stick down until I graduated from college.

If you played collegiate lacrosse, where?
Bucknell University (freshman year) and at Washington & Lee University.

What attracted you to US Lacrosse?
The idea of getting involved on a national level and being part of the governing body was very appealing. I had been a US Lacrosse member as a youth player, but I didn’t really understand what the organization was responsible for until I got here.

Who is your all-time favorite athlete?
Rafael Nadal.

What’s your hometown?
Lexington, Virginia

What are the three things you can’t live without?
TV, Orbit Sweet Mint gum, music

What song is playing on your iPod now?
The Chromatics ‘Kill for Love’, and MS MR ‘Hurricane’. The Temper Trap’s new self-titled album. ‘Pictures of You’ by The Cure. And all of Lucinda Williams’ ‘Car Wheels on a Gravel Road’ album.
