It is important for the donor or the transferring broker to notify USA Lacrosse of your intent to make a gift of stock in order to enable us to confirm and follow-up with your gift. For audit and acknowledgment purposes, please provide us with a letter or email communication with the following information at the time of transfer:
- Donor's name and complete address
- Name and number of securities transferred
- Specific USA Lacrosse program to which the gift should be directed, if any
