US Lacrosse has finalized the third editions of our Youth Rules and Best Practices Guidebooks for boys and girls, which are now available as a free PDF download or as a digital flipbook at uslacrosse.org/guidebook. Both guidebooks are designed for players at the U15 level and younger, and are a good resource for players, parents, coaches, officials and program administrators.
The updated boys’ guidebook includes the complete set of boys’ youth rules, officials signals that correlate to the violations discussed in each section, and an athlete’s perspective in the quad section.
The new girls’ guidebook features a youth field diagram in addition to the standard field diagram, and further clarification of calls in the girls’ game.
Check it the guidebooks prior to the season and refer back to them as a resource whenever the time comes!
