US Lacrosse will host its Peak Performance Camp, incorporating the philosophies and values of the Lacrosse Athlete Development Model (LADM) into best in-class instruction for the youth lacrosse athlete with at least a year of experience, from August 21-23 at US Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md.

The camp will be broken into three different groups based on age — 8U, 10U/12U and 14U — and will feature a 90-minute session each day for a total of 4.5 hours of instruction from high-quality coaches with experience in implementing LADM methodologies.

At the US Lacrosse Peak Performance Camp, participants can expect a low player-to-coach ratio, providing maximum personal instruction. The camp will focus on skill development, making an effort to provide constant participation along the way. Included in the camp staff will be a trained coaching staff and certified athletic trainer.
