Devon Wills has grown accustomed to being in the spotlight.

The All-World goalie led Team USA to two gold medals last summer, helping to shut down defenses in the FIL World Cup and IWGA World Games. The sweep gave her four gold medals in her lengthy involvement with the US Lacrosse National Teams Program. She returned to Los Angeles and continued her coaching career as an assistant at USC, where the Trojans nearly beat eventual Pac-12 Conference champion Stanford in a league semifinal.

Wills, also the director of player relations for the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League, has been a fairly regular presenter at US Lacrosse Conventions over the years. She returned to the event in January 2018 to anchor an educational session full of goalie drills and tips for youth and high school coaches in attendance.

Here’s three clips, each under 3 minutes, from Wills’ session.

“Faster Hand Speed”

“Sharpening Your Tracking Skills”

“Faster Reaction Time”
