The U.S. men's training team continued its preparation for the 2018 Federation of International Lacrosse Men's World Championship by holding a training weekend at US Lacrosse over Labor Day Weekend.

In an intra-squad exhibition game on Sept. 3, a veteran-laded Blue team rallied in the second half to beat the White team 16-13. Marcus Holman led the Blue team with six points (2g, 4a) and Ryan Brown led the White team with four goals.
