The spirit of the Olympic Movement is coming to US Lacrosse Headquarters as part of the celebration of Olympic Day on June 30. The US Lacrosse celebration of Olympic Day is one of nearly 2,000 events taking part nationwide during the month of June. Created in 1948, Olympic Day commemorates the birth of the modern Olympic Games and celebrates sport, as well as the ideals of fair play, perseverance, respect and sportsmanship.

Give and Go: Team USA's Regy Thorpe

Watching the 2015 Federation of International Lacrosse World Indoor Lacrosse Championships in Syracuse and on the Onondaga Reservation made Regy Thorpe feel left out. The onetime Team USA player and current Syracuse associate head coach for women's lacrosse won't be feeling left out any longer. Thorpe is the head coach for the U.S. team that will compete in the 2019 FIL world indoor championship. Thorpe and the team staff recently visited US Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. to begin the planning process for the world championships.
